Children + Adult Therapy in Chesterfield, VA + online throughout Virginia

As a queer-identified POC, I understand the unique challenges of identity exploration and intersectionality. I am passionate about helping children and adults address their unique challenges and live more fulfilled lives. I specializes in LGBTQ+ mental health, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions and borderline personality disorder.

My clinical experience includes work in inpatient hospitalization, community-based treatment, and outpatient treatment. I completed my Master of Social Work at Virginia Commonwealth University. Throughout our time together I will pull from and utilize multiple treatment approaches including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy.

We all go through challenges in life. I am confident in supporting you on your journey to gain new perspectives and techniques that allow you to cope with whatever you may be struggling with. I believe you are the expert in your life experiences. If you are ready to do the work, schedule an appointment with me today!
