Meet The Team

I work with those struggling to process their trauma, the overwhelmed + overstimulated mother, those who’ve experienced infidelity + with adoptive parent(s). My mission is to support you and create a sense of safety within the therapeutic relationship. During our one-on-one therapy sessions, I prioritize your autonomy. My role is to create a safe environment where your feelings and boundaries are respected. My aim is to provide you with support and empower you with the necessary tools to handle challenging or traumatic experiences. I will always be mindful of your comfort levels and won't pressure you to go beyond them.
Halle’ Hurt (she/her), LPC
I seek to affirm the lived experiences of BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ folks, focusing on holistic wellness and healing. Our society is shaped by patriarchal, capitalistic, and oppressive systems; I approach our sessions from a trauma-informed, relational-cultural lens so you can freely speak about your experiences in a safe, affirming environment. Together, we can address the critical areas of developing healthy self-esteem, living with authenticity, and healing harmful narratives passed down through generations.
