You and your therapist will work together exploring the frequency that works best for your treatment, and is realistic to your schedule and routine. Typically, sessions begin weekly, and through time will work down to bi-weekly, monthly, to every six weeks.
The length of your sessions will also depend on the unique needs of your treatment. Typically, sessions are fifty-three minutes, but we do offer thirty-minute sessions for youth.
