Therapy for Self-Esteem
Many clients come to us feeling like they’re not good enough. They feel stuck, indecisive, and don’t trust themselves. Together we can look at those beliefs with curiosity and kindness. We can ask where those beliefs came from. How did they get here? How did you develop this negative narrative about yourself? Our goal is to help you replace negative feedback loops with healthy self-esteem, boundaries, and communication so you can feel good about yourself and bring agency to your life and relationships.
Through therapy directed towards your self-esteem, we will work on undoing people-pleasing tendencies so you can advocate for yourself and your needs. You deserve to safely take up space in the world. You deserve to communicate your needs directly to loved ones to foster connection and growth in your relationships.
