Mental Health Skill Building
These services are designed for those who suffer from a serious mental illness. Individuals lacking stability, baseline functioning needing assistance with basic living skills, community connections and managing psychiatric symptoms are eligible for this program.
Our team helps individuals through tailored treatment planning and goal setting. Our team puts an emphasis on managing psychiatric symptoms to avoid psychiatric regression and assists in establishing a consistent medication routine through direct community connection and engagement.
These services help improve an individual’s well-being by establishing a natural support network of safety, education and enablement to increase overall quality of life.

Self-pay
Community Stabilization
Our community stabilization program focuses on individuals ages 6-67 who are experiencing an acute crisis of a psychiatric nature that may jeopardize the current living situation. The goals of this service are to prevent hospitalization and establish community stabilization, safety plans, natural supports, etc.
Services are authorized for up to a 15-day period per crisis episode following a face-to-face intake and may be provided up to 15 consecutive days in each episode, or up to 60 days annually.

Outpatient Therapy
Outpatient Services offers individual, couple and family counseling for individuals in a traditional face-to-face office setting or through Telehealth. Our therapists provide therapy for children, adolescents and adults that struggle with managing a wide range of mental health, behavioral and/or substance use disorders.

Intensive In-Home Therapy
Intensive in-home Services program focuses on children & adolescents between the ages of 4-21, who demonstrate problematic behaviors that put the youth at risk of being displaced from their home, demonstrate a clinical necessity for services arising from mental, behavioral or emotional illness which results in significant functional impairments in major life activities.

Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Therapy
SAIOP Services program focuses on children, adolescents and adults between the ages of 12 to 65, who demonstrate medical needs necessity, who have been diagnosed with substance Abuse disorders and/or co-occurring disorders, who do not require the intensive level of care as inpatient, residential or partial hospitalization services, but require more intensive services than outpatient services provide.

Parenting Education Class
The program will utilize a community based education and nurturing parenting model within 10 sessions. Parents will have an opportunity to establish goals, objectives, engage in discussion, and activities. This is an open class to both the public and families working with DSS and other court services.
